PAA brings a client-centric approach to all of our activities. We look at issues from the client’s perspective, we make and execute plans to achieve the client’s goals, and we function proactively according to the client’s interest.
For example, it’s in the client’s interest for us to assign actions to various PAA team members according to their strengths, never relegating tasks to personnel with the lowest hourly rates. So PAA executives at all levels work on all accounts.
Unlike most other public relations firms, we don’t use hourly rates. As part of our approach, we never watch clocks, and we don’t log hours. Consequently our monthly or project fees are never framed by the number of hours logged. We do whatever it takes to get results.
Clients aren’t the only ones who rely on us. So do dozens of members of the media. Every day, ten to twenty editors, reporters and columnists call or email us requesting information about our clients.
We work with media using a mix of proprietary methodologies and years
of experience, enabling us to communicate proactively and reactively with major business, consumer and trade print, online, broadcast, and new media.
On-Demand Public Relations is one of our methodologies. For reporters on
deadline, we respond within 60 minutes.
We also have excellent relations with the nation's leading industry
analysts, and we exploit their advice and lead-generation capabilities on
behalf of clients.
In addition, PAA assists in getting awards, we arrange speaking engagements
before target audiences, and we help clients develop presentations.
We can custom craft a public relations program that will help your company grow.
Growth Strategies
PAA acts as an outsourced marketing department for small and mid-sized companies, or we provide public relations services that complement the in-house marketing department of large companies. In all cases, PAA clients utilize our PR and marketing strategies and tactics to grow a particular facet of the company. We can focus our efforts on a specific division, product or service to achieve important goals, such as to grow the organization, increase the number of inbound inquires, generate leads to sell more products or services, or raise the number of clients.
Media Coverage
For many of our clients, placing news and feature articles in target media outlets is our core value. PAA is unlike many other PR agencies, however, because when the media are working on a deadline, they proactively call us – many times each day. In fact, more than 30 times each week, editors, reporters and columnists at top-tier business and consumer media ask us for information, reports and expert commentary.
We also proactively pitch all of the tier-one business media and a large percentage of the major consumer print, broadcast and online media. Because we’ve been forging media relationships since 1987, editors, reporters and columnists listen to our pitches. From such leading business media as BusinessWeek and The Wall Street Journal to vertically-focused trade publications read by decision makers, PAA has media relationships that can work to your company’s competitive advantage.
Sales Leads
Marketing dollars are precious and must be utilized to show demonstrable ROI. We develop custom-tailored marketing plans that generate sales leads. We always work directly with marketing decision makers and, if requested, enjoy also coordinating closely with sales executives. In fact, the primary objective of many PAA clients is to obtain more sales leads, and we’ve been doing that since 1987.
Brand Building
Companies have different goals as they go through their lifecycles. The building of a distinctive brand is always vital as the company seeks potential buyers of new or continuing products and services or the entity itself. PAA develops custom-tailored marketing plans that significantly raise the brand awareness of a company, its methodology, and its products and services. We can develop a marketing communications and PR plan that map directly to your business plan.
Competitive Advantage
Business is not just about supply and demand. It’s about getting customers to buy supplies and services from you, not your competition. And, depending on what you’re selling, features and benefits comparisons between you and your competitors aren’t enough to ensure the sale. At PAA, we make a commitment: We work proactively to get your company perceived as the one with the best products and services in the industry.
“Peter Arnold Associates provided public relations services to Boston University’s School of Management for more than ten years. The relationship was excellent. PAA professionals were imaginative, enthusiastic and impressively responsive. They worked well and easily with the School’s administration, faculty members and staff personnel. In a host of ways, the firm helped raise the profile of the School with its various constituent groups and with the public at large.”
